Sometimes when you let sadness get to the core of you, you allow it to take over every thought of your day. My week started out with some disconnected feelings and I've been trying to put the pieces back together into some tasteful motivation. Now I need to order in some self esteem and gorge. Gluttony. The menu of the day: self worth, respect, regard, and confidence.
